  1. Pillage: rob (a place) using violence, especially in a wartime
  2. Bequeath: leave (property) to a person or other beneficiary by a will
  3. Desecrate: treat (a sacred place or thing) with violent disrespect
  4. Dawdle: waste time; be slow
  5. Loiter: walk slowly and with no apparent purpose
  6. Hasten: be quick to do something
  7. Mosey: walk or move in a leisurely manner
  8. Fuddle: confuse
  9. Nonplus: surprise and confuse
  10. Explicate: analyze and develop (an idea or principle) in detail
  11. Imminent: about to happen; expected
  12. Nigh: near
  13. Vacillation: inability to decide between different opinions or actions; indecision
  14. Steeliness: toughness; hardness
  15. Intransigence: inflexibility; refusal to change one's views or to agree about something
  16. Jeer: make rude and mocking remarks, typically in a loud noise
  17. Hoot: a shout expressing scorn or disapproval
  18. Flatter: lavish praise and compliments on (someone), often insincerely and with the aim of furthering one's own interests
  19. Privation: a state in which food and other essentials for well being are lacking
  20. Carnage: the killing of a large number of people
